We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

ABOUT YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT

For your initial appointment at Vein Nevada, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us sufficient time to complete all of the necessary paperwork.

REFERRALS & MANAGED CARE PLANS

Some health plans have specific rules you must follow in order to be seen by a specialist. We understand that your health insurance company may require authorization from a primary care physician prior to visiting a specialist. As a service to our patients, Vein Nevada will check with your insurance company and work with you in order to obtain authorization and documentation as necessary.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS

If you have to cancel an appointment, please call us as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This enables another patient, who may be in pain, to have your time slot.

PRESCRIPTIONS & REFILLS

The use of prescription drugs is a very serious issue, and we are required to manage the process carefully. Consequently, prescriptions and refills will be issued only during office hours. Please call 48 hours in advance.
